All purchases, raffle entries, ticket purchases, and related transactions made through Meork Gives Foundation are final.

No Returns or Refunds

Raffle tickets and entries are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. We do not provide refunds because a purchaser changes their mind, selects an incorrect quantity, is unable to attend a drawing, or no longer wishes to participate.

Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment.

Prizes Are Awarded As-Is

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual raffle description, all prizes are awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied.

Meork Gives Foundation makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe each prize, including its condition and approximate retail value. However, photographs, descriptions, retail values, packaging condition, and other information are provided for general informational purposes and may not represent a warranty of condition or value.

The winner accepts the prize in its condition at the time it is awarded.

No Exchanges or Cash Refunds

Raffle prizes may not be returned or exchanged through Meork Gives Foundation.

Prizes have no cash redemption value unless the specific raffle explicitly states otherwise. Meork Gives Foundation is not obligated to substitute cash or another prize at the request of the winner.

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control make a listed prize unavailable, Meork Gives Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of reasonably comparable value where permitted by applicable law.

Raffle Entries

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information when obtaining a raffle entry.

Meork Gives Foundation is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, telephone numbers, names, or other information supplied by the purchaser that prevents us from contacting a winner.

Entries may not be transferred, duplicated, altered, reproduced, or otherwise manipulated in an attempt to obtain additional chances to win.

Any entry determined to be invalid, fraudulent, unpaid, duplicated improperly, or otherwise obtained contrary to the applicable raffle rules may be disqualified.

Payment Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly because of a technical or processing error, please contact us promptly.

Verified duplicate charges or other genuine payment-processing errors may be corrected at the discretion of Meork Gives Foundation. This does not create a general right to cancel or refund a valid raffle purchase.

Winner Responsibility

Winners are responsible for claiming and taking possession of their prize within the time period specified for the applicable raffle.

Any taxes, transportation, delivery, registration, licensing, installation, or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner unless specifically stated otherwise.

Additional prize-specific conditions may appear in the applicable raffle listing and become part of the terms of that raffle.

Cancelled or Voided Raffles

If Meork Gives Foundation cancels a raffle and does not conduct the drawing, payments associated with that raffle will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Legal Compliance

All raffles and small games of chance conducted by Meork Gives Foundation are subject to applicable laws, regulations, license requirements, and the specific rules published for each game.

Nothing in this policy authorizes the purchase, sale, transfer, or acceptance of raffle entries in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
